How Philadelphia Window Installation Handbook handles the details you send through its request form. Updated October 28, 2026.
What you send us
When you use the request form we receive the name, ZIP code, phone number or email, project type and message you type in, plus the web address of the page you were on. Name, ZIP code and a phone number or email are required; the rest is optional.
What we do with it
We use your details to connect you with a local window or door installer who may contact you about your project, and to understand which pages bring useful requests. We share your request with installers or referral partners for that purpose. We do not run credit checks or ask for payment details, and you should never enter a card number or a government ID in the form.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and your IP address is visible to it. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a request you sent by using the contact page and describing the request, including the name and ZIP code you used. We cannot control what an installer does with details after they have contacted you, so ask them directly about their practices.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children.
