Terms and conditions
Terms for using Philadelphia Window Installation Handbook. Updated October 28, 2026.
What this site is
Philadelphia Window Installation Handbook publishes general information about window installation and connects homeowners with a local window and door installer. It is not a contractor, does not perform construction work, and is not a party to any agreement you make with an installer.
No guarantees
Information here is general and may not fit your building. We do not guarantee a response time, a price, availability of any installer, or the outcome of any project. Always get a written estimate and contract before work begins.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking an installer's contractor registration, insurance, references and any permits your project needs, and for following the rules that apply to your property, including historic district rules.
Acceptable use
Submit only requests about your own property, or a property you are authorized to ask about, and only accurate contact details. Do not use the form to send spam or test submissions.
Links and changes
Outside links are provided for convenience and we do not control those sites. We may change these terms or the site at any time.
